The Geometry of Pasta

I came across The Geometry of Pasta at the book store not too long ago and I have to admit that this is the first cookbook in a long time that I would purchase.  I’m not even turned off by the fact that there aren’t any pictures.  I’m obviously a sucker for pictures but there’s something about the typography, the black and white icons and definitely the pasta recipes.  In Italy they cook pasta according to shape and to this day I haven’t come across a book that highlights this so well.

Caz Hildebrand, Creative Partner at Here Design, has designed and created  The Geometry of Pasta, with recipes by chef Jacob Kenedy.
