Make a cookbook of course! I was fortunate enough to have a copy sent my way and I can’t tell you how much it’s helped me fall back in love with food. The imagery is fantastic, the recipes authentic and the stories tie it all together. The first recipe I tried was the ricotta gnocchi that turned out lighter than white fluffy clouds in a beautiful simple tomato sauce.
